Operations Manager – Solar, Battery, Air Conditioning & Heat PumpsAs Operations Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operational performance of the NSW business and work closely with our sales, administration, installation and management teams.
First Class Energy is a growing Australian energy solutions company specialising in Solar, Battery Storage, Air Conditioning and Heat Pumps, helping households reduce their energy costs through smarter, more productive technology and available government incentives.Key responsibilitiesManaging the operational workflow from sale through to installation and job completionCoordinating installation schedules across Solar, Batteries, Air Conditioning and Heat PumpsManaging internal administration and operations staffCoordinating installers, subcontractors, electricians and other tradesEnsuring jobs are scheduled efficiently and installations are completed within expected timeframesMonitoring job pipelines and identifying delays or bottlenecks before they become problemsEnsuring documentation and job requirements are completed correctly prior to installationManaging escalated customer issues and finding practical, fast solutionsMonitoring installer performance,



job quality and customer experienceDeveloping and improving systems, procedures and workflows as the company growsAbout youPrevious experience in operations, installation coordination or project managementStrong preference for experience within Solar, Batteries, Air Conditioning, Heat Pumps, Electrical, HVAC or a similar trade/service industryExperience managing multiple installations or projects simultaneouslyStrong understanding of scheduling and coordinating tradesExcellent organisational and time-management skillsStrong customer service and conflict-resolution skillsStrong communication skills with customers, installers, salespeople and managementExperience managing or supervising staffGood computer and CRM skillsStrong attention to detailAbout usFirst Class Energy is building a diversified energy business across some of Australia's fastest-growing home electrification categories.
