Support continuous improvement initiatives through knowledge sharing, user acceptance testing, and developing reference materials.
What you need
You have experience in a customer-centric service organization and excel at building rapport to understand and meet customer needs.
You are process-driven with experience in a busy payroll workplace and/or HR services for a large organization.
You are adept at using multiple computer-based systems and can quickly learn current ones.
