UnitingCare Queensland is seeking an Intake Practitioner on a casual basis to support the Gold Coast Homelessness Service.
You will assess needs, respond to crises and coordinate access to housing services, with data entry into SHIP/QHIP and collaboration with the FaDS team.You will engage with clients in crisis, provide supportive intake and triage, and contribute to timely referrals to case management.
