Ethos is seeking an experienced User Insights Manager to train AI models on skilled document tasks.
You will conduct 4+ years of user research, synthesize insights, and produce high-quality decks and journey maps.
This role is fully remote, flexible 5-20 hours weekly, with ASAP start and compensation at $70/hour.You'll collaborate with a network of experts and researchers.
Ideal candidates demonstrate strong written communication, experience turning raw data into actionable product
