Keep jobs and schedules moving
Quote HVAC/R and associated works
Make sure jobs are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably
Keep an eye on margins and productivity
Build solid relationships with existing customers
Identify new opportunities and help grow the branch
Oversee stock and day-to-day branch operations
Work alongside the broader management team
Look for better ways to do things
Ideally, you'll:
Have Air Conditioning/Refrigeration and/or Electrical trade experienceKnow how to lead, motivate and develop peopleUnderstand jobs, margins and profitabilityBe organised and able to keep multiple things movingBe comfortable dealing with customersBe confident making decisionsSpot problems — and preferably solve them before they become bigger problemsHave solid computer skillsHold a current's driver's licenceHold a current ARCtick licence where applicable
