Job Description
MacKillop Family Services seeks a Carer Recruitment and Development Worker to attract, assess, train and support foster carers across the Wimmera Southwest region.
You will work within a trauma-informed framework, build community connections, and ensure carers provide secure, nurturing environments for vulnerable children.
This full-time role (38hrs) is based in Warrnambool and/or Geelong, reporting to the Carer Recruitment and Development Co‐Ordinator.
