Job Description
St Vincent de Paul Society NSW, Adele House, is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to lead the care team and deliver high‐quality nursing services to residents on their recovery journey.
You will coordinate with GPs and external health professionals, manage medications, and provide holistic, person‐centred care.
You will oversee complex nursing tasks, mentor staff, and participate in governance and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining compassionate, qualified relationships
