and financial close out activities.What's On OfferJoin a leading Tier 2 contractor delivering a landmark $200M residential projectImmediate start availableHigh level of autonomy and ownershipSupport project completion and handover through its critical final stagesKey ResponsibilitiesLead the commercial and contractual close out of subcontractor packagesFinalise subcontractor accounts, variations and claimsReview and negotiate outstanding commercial mattersPrepare and assess progress claims, payment recommendations and final accountsSupport project forecasting, cost reporting and financial reconciliation activitiesAssist with risk management and contractual complianceWork closely with the Project Manager to drive favourable commercial outcomesManage stakeholder relationships across subcontractors, consultants and client representativesEnsure all contractual obligations and project documentation are completed prior to handoverAbout You To be successful in this role, you will bring:8+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator or Senior Contract Administrator within the commercial construction industryDemonstrated experience delivering large-scale residential or mixed-use developments valued at $100M+Solid commercial acumen and proven capability managing project close out activitiesAdvanced knowledge of construction contracts, procurement and cost managementExperience negotiating subcontractor final accounts and commercial settlementsAbility to work autonomously within a fast-paced project environmentTertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline**Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islanders and Veterans are encouraged to apply**
