Escape Bathhouse in Chatswood, part of a multi-award-winning Australian hospitality group, seeks an experienced manager to lead day-to-day operations and elevate guest experiences.
You will shape the guest journey, build and mentor the team, and work closely with owners on strategic initiatives.
The role requires 3+ years in managing a day spa or bathhouse, robust leadership, financial acumen and a passion for luxury service.
Experience with wellness treatments and staff development is preferred.
