West Moreton Health is seeking a Central Referral Unit Registered Nurse to perform clinical assessments, process and allocate patient referrals in line with CPC guidelines, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support patient-focused care.
You will work under the direction of the Clinical Nurse and Nurse Unit Manager within Specialist Outpatient Department, with emphasis on patient safety, quality of care, and ongoing career development.
