Job Description
Greystones Recruitment Geelong is seeking an experienced Commercial Property & Projects Manager to oversee a substantial industrial portfolio and ongoing development projects.
You will manage capital works up to A$5 million, coordinate contractors, ensure safety/compliance, and lead maintenance and audits across the portfolio.
The role suits a hands-on professional with facilities or project management experience and robust stakeholder communication.
