Job Description
Rydges Melbourne, part of EVT, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead day-to-day maintenance across the hotel on Exhibition Street.
You will oversee preventive, routine and emergency works, manage onsite staff and contractors, and ensure smooth operations for guests and events.
Reporting to the Director of Maintenance, you'll drive compliance with BWOF and schedules, build and control the maintenance budget, and mentor a hands-on team in a fast-paced hospitality workplace.
