Taronga Western Plains Zoo is seeking an experienced Café Operations Coordinator to lead the food & beverage team across Café Wild, Waterhole Café and the accommodation cafe.
You will coordinate day-to-day operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and uphold safety and presentation standards in a unique zoo setting.
You will manage rostering, training, and supervision, while driving efficiency and sustainability in a busy hospitality setting.
