Gamuda Australia seeks a commercial, pragmatic Project Lawyer to advise on real-time contractual risk management for the Parramatta ISD project, based in office in Parramatta, partnering with the Project Director and site delivery teams under the Sydney Metro head contract.
You will draft and negotiate subcontracts and major supply agreements, advise on variation claims and SOPA payments, and help manage interfaces with Sydney Metro, TfNSW, and utility partners while upholding governance and risk
