Randstad HR Partners Melbourne is partnering with a rapidly growing Australian manufacturer to appoint an HR Manager who will establish and lead the HR function from the ground up.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will partner with the leadership team on people strategy, build policies and processes, and drive performance, employee relations and workforce planning across the business.
This is a hands-on leadership role with autonomy to shape culture and people practices as the business
