You'll be trusted to use common sense, organise your day and get things done.What you'll be doingYour day could include:Basic property maintenance and upkeepMoving and assembling furnitureCutting and organising keysHelping with property access and lockoutsPurchasing and replacing household itemsTroubleshooting basic Wi‐Fi/internet issuesHelping set up new propertiesHelping clear properties when we exit themMeeting cleaners,



handymen and tradesChecking that jobs have been completed properlyTidying gardens and outdoor areasImproving the presentation of common areasDecluttering properties when requiredRemoving rubbish or bulky items when neededMinor surface cleaning where appropriateTaking simple before-and-after photos once work is completeYou are not expected to be a qualified tradesperson.
