And being at the forefront of a rapidly evolving industry gives our teams constant opportunities to build on their technical expertise.YOUR ROLELead and mentor a high-performing team with focus on safety and complianceCoordinate maintenance and IWT activities and resources to achieve production targets, asset reliability and contractual commitmentsDrive HSE compliance and asset management best practices across maintenance and IWT operations,



and contractor activitiesManage maintenance systems and planning processesChampion continuous improvement initiatives, incident investigations and corrective actions to enhance operational outcomesYOUR EXPERIENCETrade or Engineering qualification with significant maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial or similarly complex environmentProven experience leading teams and delivering maintenance programsStrong understanding of safety, compliance and reliability methodologiesDemonstrated ability to lead change, influence stakeholders and drive continuous improvement initiativesExperience using CMMS platforms and Microsoft OfficeAUSTRALIAN DEFENCE ROLES & SECURITYA Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain an appropriate clearance.Additional information with regards to clearances is available from the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency website AGSVA/.
In some cases, individuals who hold a current clearance from a foreign government may be eligible to have this clearance recognised by the Australian Government and be eligible for this role.
