Job Description
Small Animal Specialist Hospital (SASH) Balgowlah is seeking a warm, skilled Client Services team member to join our 24/7 veterinary emergency and referral facility on a part-time or casual basis.
You'll work across a rotating roster (7am–10pm currently) performing front-of-house duties, managing high-volume calls, booking appointments, liaising with the clinical team, and handling payments and insurance claims while delivering exceptional client service.
