Job Description
PPD Search seeks a VIC/TAS Regional Sales Manager to lead 3 Territory Managers and a Clinical Specialist, driving sales targets and tender activity across Victoria.
You will develop market plans, coach the team in the field, and align with KAMs for tender execution to grow market share.
You will build customer value proposals, engage with procurement teams, and recruit recent team members while identifying potential KOLs and hospital accounts to expand revenue and relationships.
