Job Description
Mind Australia Limited is seeking a compassionate Community Mental Health Practitioner to join the Frankston team.
The role operates on a 24/7 rotating roster, including night shifts, and is a Part time Fixed Term position until 31 December **** (31 hours per week).
You will provide intensive, recovery-oriented supports to adults with psychosocial disability, helping them build daily living skills, social connections and independent living in the community.
