Southpor budget tyres and brakes - Southport QLDWe are looking for an experienced Sales & Customer Service Advisor to join our busy automotive workshop in Southport.This is a sales-focused role - not a traditional reception or administration position.You will be responsible for handling incoming customer enquiries, identifying what the customer needs, recommending suitable products and services, providing quotes and converting enquiries into sales and bookings.You will manage the customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle collection, including phone and counter enquiries, quoting, bookings, ordering tyres and parts, invoicing and taking payment.We are looking for someone who is confident talking to customers, has strong automotive knowledge.You will need to be comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment,
