In addition, you will provide administration and office support to Students and Trainers.You are outgoing, friendly, helpful, and exceptional at delivering memorable customer service experiencesEnjoy working on your own and in a teamHave a calm and solutions-focused approach to solving customer queries and resolving potential conflictFluent verbal and written English language skillsPatience and sensitivity when dealing with cultural differencesAbility to use initiative, pro-activity and decision making in line with theroleAssist and support Trainers in the preparation of quality and effective teaching and learning programsEnsure facilities meet regulatory requirements, contractual requirements and are spaces where people enjoy themselvesHandle face to face, email, and call enquiries from studentsProvide general administration and project support; including (but not limited to) data entryProvide in-class IT support when classes are in sessionPlease Note:This position is a 6-month temporary contract (with a potential to extend!) working Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm starting ASAP.
