The hours can be discussed with the right candidate.On most days, you will be caring for our one-year-old.
On one of the days, there may be two one-year-old children to care for together, so we are looking for someone who is confident and experienced managing two young children at this age.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Providing warm, attentive and nurturing careFollowing our child's established routine, including meals and napsPlanning and engaging in age-appropriate play and activitiesGetting out for walks, playgrounds, classes or other local activities where appropriatePreparing healthy meals and snacks for the childrenCleaning up after meals and keeping the children's spaces organisedChildren's laundry, including washing,



folding and putting clothes awayGeneral tidying related to the childrenHelping maintain a calm, happy and organised workplace throughout the dayAbout youWe are looking for someone who is:Experienced in caring for babies and toddlersWarm, nurturing and genuinely enjoys being around young childrenConfident caring for two one-year-olds at the same timeReliable, punctual and trustworthyProactive and able to use initiative throughout the dayOrganised and happy to help with children-related household tasksPatient, calm and attentiveLooking for a regular, ongoing position rather than occasional babysittingPrevious professional childcare/nanny experienceCurrent Working With Children CheckFirst Aid and CPR certificationExcellent, recent referencesNon-smokerA relevant childcare qualification and/or experience caring for multiple young children would be highly regarded.We are hoping to find someone who will build a lovely relationship with our child and become a trusted part of our family over the longer term.
