Hornsby Shire Council is seeking a pro-active Building Certifier with robust knowledge of building certification, fire safety, land‑use planning and pool safety under NSW legislation.

You will utilise extensive knowledge of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and related NSW acts to process Construction Certificates, Complying Development Certificates, and related regulatory duties in a Council workplace. A leaseback vehicle is available.
