Job Description
Aston Advantage is seeking a Leading Hand to support our workshop HD for bulk earthworks projects in NSW.
The role emphasizes hands-on supervision of earthmoving activities and coordination with site teams.
Ideal candidates will have civil and mining earthmoving experience with CAT 740 and CAT 777 equipment, and a proven ability to lead crews.
Start immediately for a long-term role with robust safety focus.
This position is based in Western Australia with potential for growth.
