Job Description
NSW Health is seeking a passionate Social Worker to join our Community Aged Care team on a part-time basis, with the role to deliver person-centred care and build solid community connections for older adults.
This temporary part-time position (24 hours/week) runs until 6 February ****, with the possibility of ongoing employment.
The role is based at Royal North Shore Hospital, within NSW Health, and requires eligibility for AASW.
