Legal Aid Queensland is seeking an experienced lawyer to join the NDIS Appeals team within Civil Justice Services in a temporary capacity. You will prepare cases, advocate for clients, and provide advice on National Disability Insurance Appeals, including letters, documents, applications and submissions.
You will work in a trauma-informed manner across phone, video, and face-to-face settings, representing clients and supporting vulnerable Queenslanders through the appeals process.
