Front of house staff / Italian restaurant
We are looking for experienced Waitstaff to join our Front of House Team at ALT PASTA BAR.
We are an Italian restaurant with archaic ideas and modern execution.
We are a young restaurant opening our doors in **** and we're committed to providing excellent customer service in a casual fine dining setting.
Key responsibilities
Run a section of 5-8 tables
Demonstrate 3-plate carry
About you
Experience as Waitstaff in a rapid-paced restaurant environment
Can confidently run a section of 5-8 tables and demonstrate 3-plate carry
Passion for delivering outstanding service and a drive to succeed
Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Must have an RSA certificate
Regular food and beverage training sessions
Structure training and development
Monthly appraisals to discuss and sculpt your direction
Easy access to public transport within the CBD district
