EVT Limited’s Atura Oran Park is seeking a talented sous chef to lead the Japanese-inspired restaurant offering. You will bring passion for Japanese cuisine and hands-on leadership in a quick-paced kitchen in southwestern Sydney.

You will train and coach staff, maintain top hygiene, and craft memorable guest experiences. This role offers growth within EVT’s hotel and entertainment network.
