Anglicare Sydney is seeking a Care Manager to lead clinical care delivery for residents in a Kingswood Residential Care community.
You will partner with the Residential Manager, RNs, Allied Health and external providers to ensure secure, person-centred care and optimal resident outcomes.
The role requires current AHPRA RN registration, 3–4 years of leadership in aged care, and strong governance and care planning skills.
