The Opportunity
We're looking for an energetic, confident and highly engagingOn-Camera Presenter & Category Headto join our growing live shopping business.
This is not a traditional retail or presenting role.
You'll belive on camera, showcasing and selling products to an online audience while creating an entertaining, fast-paced and interactive shopping experience.
We're looking for someone who is naturally comfortable in front of the camera, can sell without sounding scripted, and has the personality to keep viewers watching, interacting and buying.
Alongside presenting, you'll take ownership of your product category — helping us select products, understand what customers want and develop the category as our live shopping platform grows.
What You'll Be Doing
Hosting live shopping shows and presenting products directly to our online audience
Demonstrating, explaining and selling products live on camera
Engaging with viewers, answering questions and responding to comments in real time
Thinking quickly and confidently without relying on a script
Creating excitement, urgency and energy around products and promotions
Learning products quickly and communicating their key features and benefits
Taking ownership of your product category and helping develop the product range
Identifying new products, trends and opportunities
Working with our content and production team to create engaging live and social content




Assisting with short‐form video and promotional content where required
Who We're Looking For
You'll ideally have previous experience inlive shopping, sales, presenting, retail, social media, beauty or e‐commerce.
Most importantly, you need to be someone who comes alive in front of the camera.
You should have:
Previous experience inlive shopping and/or sales
A bubbly, energetic and engaging personality
Excellent presentation and communication skills
A polished and well‐presented on‐camera appearance
The ability to think quickly and speak naturally without working from a script
Strong sales instincts and the confidence to ask for the sale
An understanding ofcosmetics, makeup, beauty and consumer goods
The ability to explain products simply and enthusiastically
Confidence interacting with a live audience
An understanding of social media, online trends and contemporary e‐commerce
A willingness to learn, experiment and help build something new
Experience with platforms such asTikTok Live, Whatnot, Instagram Live, Facebook Live or other live‐commerce platformswould be highly regarded.
This Role Will Suit Someone Who...
You may already be a live shopping host, content creator, beauty presenter, salesperson, retail professional, social media personality or someone working within the cosmetics and beauty industry.
You don't necessarily need to be a traditional TV presenter.
We are looking forpersonality, authenticity, sales ability and confidence on camera.
If you can pick up a product, understand it quickly and confidently talk about it for several minutes while keeping an audience entertained, we'd love to hear from you.
