Job Description
West Moreton Health is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to contribute to patient flow and care pathways in our SOPD outpatient clinic.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team, provide direct and indirect patient care, and ensure clinical equipment and information are ready for point of care.
Knowledge of SOSIS, infection prevention standards and outpatient referral processes is beneficial.
Vaccination requirements apply and registration with AHPRA is mandatory.
