Ingenia is seeking a Casual Guest Experience Officer at Middle Rock Holidays.
You will warmly welcome guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and provide information about local attractions.
You will promote Ingenia Holiday Parks, upsell suitable experiences, and ensure a safe, tidy workplace while delivering memorable guest experiences.
Working with the Park Manager, you'll help coordinate engaging activities and maintain high service standards.
