Job Description
Optus Horsham is seeking an inspiring Store Manager to lead our local team on a 12-month parental leave cover, with a start date aimed for September/October.
You'll run the store like your own business, delivering strong sales and exceptional service in a welcoming environment.
You'll coach and develop your team, shape a high-performance culture, resolve issues calmly and align daily operations with Optus' customer-first strategy to drive excellent store results.
