We provide a full service offering including Accounting and Taxation, Financial Planning and Mortgage Broking.You must have excellent communication skills and have experience working in a financial services firm.
You will be working from our beautiful Greenwich office, overlooking Sydney harbour and beyond, close to public transport options.

filing and returning of client documentationDistribution and following up of invoicesAdding, removing and maintaining client details on our databasesManaging client appointment schedulesMeeting rooms maintenanceCollecting, scanning and distribution of physical mailDownloading and distributing Centrelink, ASIC and ATO electronic correspondence.Ordering office and catering suppliesExperience:Previous reception/administration and client facingexperience in a public practice accounting firm / financial servicesAbility to delegate tasks and monitor progress to ensure deliverables are metAccounting software experience highly regardedStrong values and ethics consistent with our company valuesMUST be Australian Citizen to Apply
