Beaumont Tiles is seeking an experienced National Estimating Team Leader to drive a high-performing national function.
You will lead five onshore estimators and an offshore provider, ensuring consistency, accuracy and timely outcomes for customers and internal stakeholders.
Reporting to the Residential Customer Service Manager, this role blends technical estimating expertise with people leadership and continuous improvement to elevate estimating quality across the business.
