Those with more years of experience are welcome to apply.Key Responsibilities:Managing a broad range of wills and estates matters from initial consultation to finalisationDrafting legal documents including wills, enduring powers of attorney, applications for probate, and letters of administrationManaging deceased estate administration,
including obtaining Grants of Probate and Letters of AdministrationHandling complex estate planning, such as family trust and SMSF successionPreparing Advance Health Directives and representing executors, trustees, and beneficiaries.What You Bring:Proven experience in Wills & Estates (1 - 4 years + is ideal)Capability to manage your own cases independentlyDedication to delivering top-notch client serviceKeen attention to detailA genuine interest in Succession Law.Flexibility to work remotely 1 - 2 days a weekWork closely with senior members of the teamChance to engage with a diverse client baseJoin a well-established firm with over 30 years of experience.Only candidates with the necessary experience will be contacted.
