Station Maintenance Supervisor (Year-Round)Join Vail Resorts' Civil and Building Team as the Station Maintenance Supervisor and take a hands-on leadership role in maintaining The Station Resort in Jindabyne.
You will lead a small maintenance team, coordinate contractors, oversee preventative maintenance, and respond to reactive maintenance across buildings, accommodation, grounds, utilities, and equipment.
The role includes an on-call roster, with a minimum of three nights per week during winter and occasional summer requirements.Key responsibilitiesLead and coordinate a small maintenance teamCarry out hands-on maintenance and repairsPrioritise maintenance requests and preventative worksCoordinate contractors and specialised worksConduct inspections and maintain maintenance recordsEnsure WHS, regulatory, and operational complianceRespond to unplanned maintenance and emergenciesWork closely with Housekeeping, Front Office, Events,
