In this role, your responsibilities will include:Preparation of tax returns and financial statements across all entities, including SMSFsManaging a small portfolio of BAS, IAS and other statutory lodgementsProviding VCFO consulting, including tax planning and broader business advisoryLiaising directly with clients, understanding their needs and delivering high-quality serviceProviding feedback, mentorship and guidance to junior team membersTo be considered for this exceptional leadership position you will:Have a minimum of 1-2 years business services experience within a reputable firmHold a CA/CPA qualification or working towardsBe Degree qualified or working towardsBe enthusiastic about mentoring and train junior team membersPoses excellent communication, organisational, and client relationship management skillsThis firm knows the value of their people, in addition to the above they offer:Uncapped career progression through to management and beyondAutonomy to manage your own client portfolio with Partner supportA flexible hybrid working environment with two days working from homeGreat culture with regular team lunches, EOFY celebrations, and Christmas partiesExposure to a diverse client base and ongoing professional development opportunities
