Viridian Apartments in London is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our apartments running smoothly and guest-ready for every stay.
You will undertake general maintenance, painting, basic carpentry and plumbing, plus troubleshoot boilers, AC and heating systems, while keeping transparent records and communicating with guests.
The role requires a friendly, proactive approach, willingness to travel to sites by company vehicle or public transport, and a DBS check and references.
