First Step Support Services – Wyndham Vale VIC is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our neuroaffirming, values-driven team. This role involves helping children and adults with neurodivergent and psychosocial disabilities to build independence and access the community.

You’ll drive between Wyndham Vale and West Melbourne, commit to at least 20 hours per week, and work closely with families and health specialists.
