Conexson is seeking a Disability Support Worker in the Logan Region to provide in-home and SIL care across the Logan and Brisbane Region. Casual, versatile shifts in the NDIS and Aged Care sector offer variety and the chance to support multiple clients with dignity and respect.

Key duties include personal care, community access, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and documenting progress. 1 year of Disability Support or Aged Care is preferred; a Certificate III in Disability/Individual
