Supply Chain Coordinator 12-month contract (Parental Leave Cover)

We're looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to cover parental leave for our Supply Chain & Operations Manager. You'll take hands-on ownership of our global supply chain across Australia, the US and the UK - four warehouses, suppliers, freight forwarders and retail partners in five-plus markets. You'll get months of structured handover and training before you run it solo. If you perform, there's a real path to a permanent role.

Key responsibilities

Forecast purchases using historical sales volumes and forecast data
n
Manage purchase requisitions, including product samples
n
Generate the weekly priorities list
n
Coordinate day-to-day orders with suppliers and freight forwarders
n
Run weekly check-in calls with key suppliers to keep production and delivery on track
n
Question pricing, quotes and trading terms when something doesn't stack up. Push back where needed and escal...

Support negotiation of production, freight and warehousing costs
n
Maintain relationships and contracts with third parties
n
Track stock levels across all four warehouses (AU, 2x USA, UK). Flag ageing stock and supply risks early
n
Keep supplier and product databases accurate
n
About you
n
2-4 years in supply chain, procurement, logistics or operations support
n
A degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics or similar - or equivalent practical experience
n
Confidence with data,



spreadsheets and reporting
n
Strong communication skills. You'll be coordinating across time zones and cultures daily
n
Exposure to ERP or inventory systems (DEAR, Cin7, SAP) is a plus, not essential
n
