Baked in Berrima is seeking a hands-on baker/production chef to lead daily production across our Southern Highlands kitchens. You will own production runs end to end, from scaling to baking, ensuring quality and consistency, and you’ll contribute to recipe development for current lines.
Based in Berrima/Moss Vale with an early start, you’ll join a small, skilled team that values taking pride in every product and explicit craftsmanship. Visa sponsorship may be available for the right candidate.
