The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for a Shift Lead/Sister (Band 6) in Trauma and Orthopaedics Outpatients. The role operates 7.5 hours per week across Russells Hall Hospital and Corbett's Hospital, with clinics Mon–Fri and occasional evenings/weekends.

You will lead the outpatient team in both elective and trauma care, including virtual fracture clinics. The post emphasises leadership, clinical governance, and collaboration with the Directorate to maintain high standards
