This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both the clinical and administrative sides of dentistry and loves creating a positive experience for patients from the moment they walk through the door.About the RoleAs a Dental Assistant / Receptionist, you'll play an important part in supporting our dentists, keeping our clinics running smoothly and ensuring our patients feel comfortable and well cared for.Your responsibilities will include:Providing chairside assistance to our dentistsPreparing treatment rooms and assisting with sterilisation and infection controlWelcoming patients and providing a friendly, professional experienceManaging appointments, bookings and patient recordsResponding to phone and patient enquiriesProcessing payments,
billing and other reception dutiesSupporting the wider team with day-to-day practice operationsWhat We're Looking ForIdeally, you will have:Previous experience in dental assisting and/or dental receptionA warm, friendly and professional approach with patients and colleaguesStrong organisation and communication skillsConfidence managing a range of clinical and administrative responsibilitiesA reliable, adaptable and proactive attitudeA willingness to learn, develop and support the team wherever neededA genuine interest in building a long-term career in dentistryWhy Join Us?
