Good Shepherd Lutheran College, Palmerston Campus, is seeking an experienced ELC Team Leader to mentor educators and drive quality outcomes within the Early Learning Centre. You will work closely with the ELC Director to ensure compliance with NQF, NQS and Child Safety requirements, fostering a team-oriented team culture.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, proven leadership within an ELC or long day care setting, and a strong understanding of EYLF, NQF
