Job Description
Talent is seeking an experienced CIAM Operations Team Lead for an 18‐month Federal Government contract across VIC, NSW, ACT, or QLD. Hybrid work with a minimum of 3 days in the office.

You will lead a CIAM Operations team to ensure reliability, performance and continuous improvement of a large-scale identity platform. The role combines hands‐on CIAM expertise with team leadership, incident management and stakeholder collaboration in a large government setting.
