Calvary Kelaston in Wendouree, VIC is seeking a Team Leader to support the Clinical Care Coordinator and RN, coordinating resident care and supervising shifts. The role opens to Endorsed Enrolled Nurses and offers casual shifts with a versatile roster.

You will oversee social and emotional support, medication management, nutrition and hydration, and lead the care on your shift, ensuring residents receive holistic, respectful care within a supportive team workplace.
