You'll work closely with village, marketing and operational teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences and strong commercial outcomes.

You'll work closely with village, marketing and operational teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences and strong commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals across NSWDrive occupancy, settlement and sales targetsManage key sales opportunities from enquiry through to settlementBuild strong relationships with prospective residents,



families and referral partnersAnalyse performance data and identify growth opportunitiesCollaborate with marketing and operational teams to maximise resultsEnsure compliance with relevant legislation and company policiesRepresent Living Choice at industry and community events
About You
You're a motivated sales leader who enjoys developing people, building relationships and achieving results.
To succeed in this role, you'll have:
Current NSW Real Estate LicenceRegistered Land Agent LicenceMinimum 5 years' experience in property salesProven track record of achieving sales targetsStrong leadership and coaching skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesCurrent Australian Driver's LicenceNational Criminal History Check (or willingness to obtain)
Experience within retirement living, land lease communities or residential property sales will be highly regarded.
